Description
It has a very light pink colour and aromas of pomegranate, cranberry, nasturtiums, lavender and spice. The mousse is lively and the acidity is crisp, but the underlying texture is delightfully silky.
A Traditional Method, Champenoise-style sparkler with zero dosage – bone dry. Always the current vintage blended with a solera-style system that includes wine from all previous vintages; evolving and changing each year.
