Our space will be beautifully decorated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for an intimate holiday celebration.
Reservations are now open, and we are excited to welcome you. Seating is limited, and we will personally manage each booking to ensure a seamless experience.
We will offer one main seating (5 to 8 pm), with the possibility of an additional seating if needed.

1. Oyster Selection (or) Smoked Salmon Aromatic Crostini
Begin your evening with a curated selection of fresh oysters served on ice with classic mignonette,
or savory house-smoked salmon presented on crisp aromatic crostini with bright citrus and fresh herbs.
Paired with: Roland Champion Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
A pure Chardonnay Champagne offering vibrant acidity, fine bubbles, and notes of lemon zest, white flowers, and chalky minerality, an elegant pairing for fresh seafood and smoked fish.
2. Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Confit Tomato & Pane Carasau
Hand-cut tuna dressed with citrus and olive oil, layered with creamy avocado and sweet confit tomatoes. Served with Pane Carasau, a delicate Sardinian crispbread for contrast and crunch.

A refined Burgundy Chardonnay with notes of pear, green apple, and acacia, lifted by clean minerality. Its freshness enhances the purity of the tuna.
3. Scallops au Gratin

A volcanic, mineral-driven red made from Nerello Mascalese. Bright red fruit, subtle spice, and smoky notes provide a refreshing contrast to the richness of the risotto.
