Join us on Thursday, November 19, at 6 PM for an evening celebrating Maison Louis Latour, with five Burgundy wines, five French-inspired courses, and the guidance of French Wine Specialist Erwan Slove.
Founded in 1797 and still independently family-owned, Louis Latour represents more than two centuries of Burgundian heritage. Rooted in the village of Aloxe-Corton, the house has built its reputation on wines that express their origins with elegance, finesse, and a deep respect for tradition. Its craftsmanship extends to its own cooperage, where French oak barrels are made to mature its wines.
Throughout dinner, Erwan will introduce the wines, share the stories behind their appellations, and explore what makes Burgundy so fascinating. Our journey begins with the fresh Chardonnay of Chablis and Montagny Premier Cru, before turning to three distinctive Pinot Noirs from Pommard, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru.
Each wine will be served alongside a course designed to complement its character.
