Made by Jean-Paul Paquet and his son Yannick, with its pale gold colour and hints of green this is a lovely example of white Macon. On the nose lemon and grapefruit aromas compliment this fruit driven wine. The palate is well rounded with a pleasing mouth feel with lots of fresh citrus fruit flavours here and balanced acidity leading on to a clean lingering finish.
