Produced by sustainable, innovative and quality-oriented grape-growers and winemakers. Blancjat is produced as a natural wine in a manor founded more than 400 years ago. They use renewable energies and green technologies to respect and protect the soil and vines. From the vineyards to the bottle, they aim to offer wines that give emotions to everybody. A land between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, these estate-owned vineyards cover more than 325 acres in DOC Friuli Grave with an emphasis on natural and organic practices. The grapes for Blancjat are harvested by hand, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The natural second fermentation in bottle takes place according to the “ancestral method” and is bottles unfiltered with zero residual sugar.
